HOW WE SUBMIT YOUR LAND

2. Prepare a CAD layout concept plan using our in house CAD designers.
3. Prepare a planning report showcasing the potential and the positives of your site.
4. Submit your site and supplementary documentation to the Council.

Remember this is a fantastic opportunity to present your land for further development opportunities under the Local Plan. Most farmers will have some form of commercial activity on their farm and we would recommend that you review your farmyard and commercial lets to explore potential zoning for employment under the Local Plan
