Full Planning Veterinary Surgery

Objective:

To prepare a full planning application for the change of use of an existing storage building to a veterinary surgery.

Proposal:

Our client was in discussion with a local veterinary surgery which was looking to move out of their current site to a larger surgery. By securing permission via a Class E change of use, the client can immediately begin conversion of the existing buildings no longer suitable for storage use into the veterinary surgery.
