Two Agricultural Buildings

Objective:

The clients aim was to achieve planning for two timber framed agricultural buildings for the purposes of hay and machinery storage set out in an ‘L’ shape.

Proposal:

The client instructed Foxes Rural to create an application in accordance to Permitted Development for two new agricultural buildings. To enable the storage of hay after harvest and sell during winter months when prices are at their highest.

What the consultant Says

This application was determined for prior approval on heritage grounds which turned the application into a full consultation. We provided further information to the Council in respect of the design and external appearance of the building which led to a successful approval.
