Resubmission of an Agricultural Building
Objective:
To prepare an application on behalf of the client for the resubmission of a prior notification for a new agricultural hay building.
Proposal:
Our client had an existing but disused airstrip within the holding and a previous decision found this prevented the application of permitted development rights. A second submission evidenced the holding was greater than 5 hectares excluding the airstrip and buildings and therefore qualifies for permitted development rights.

What the consultant Says
This was the second submission of this application following a previous refusal. We had to prove with further evidence that the proposal fulfilled all criteria under Part 6, Class A, GDPO.
