Replacement Building

Objective:

To submit a household planning application for the erection of a replacement garage and garden store

Proposal:

To submit an application for the replacement of a timber clad building, to be sited over the footprint of the original building due to being in a state of disrepair. We ensured the design of the building uses the same materials as the existing building, to be in keeping with the surrounding site.

The client needed to replace an outbuilding their residential curtilage around their farm. We achieved permission for a replacement building of a larger scale.
