Prior Notification of Straw Building

To seek planning via prior notification for an agricultural straw barn which will adjoin the existing cluster of agricultural buildings on site. 

The client instructed Foxes Rural to prepare an application for the development of an agricultural building which met the criteria of permitted development. Our client will use the building to provide a dry, safe, and secure area for the storage of straw, enabling more control over marketing throughout the year and improve farming efficiency by 25% to prevent weathered losses of bales.
