Prior Notification for General Purpose Agricultural Building
Objective:
The client wanted to achieve planning permission for a general-purpose agricultural building for use as a farm machinery store and workshop.
Proposal:
The client instructed us to prepare a 28-day notice via permitted development to modernise the facilities for machinery storage and repair to reflect the increasing size and technical capabilities of contemporary agricultural machinery.

Braintree District Council
What the consultant Says
The client’s farm was a cross council boarder whereby we had to carefully consider the implications of previous permissions and how to approach the proposals between the two councils.
