Objective:
The client wanted to achieve a prior notification for an agricultural straw barn.
Proposal:
To prepare a 28-day prior notification in complication with permitted development rights for an agricultural building which will adjoin to existing buildings on site. For the purpose to provide a modern facility to store straw and in turn improve profitability.

Maldon District Council
