Pre-application for Dwellings

Objective:

To prepare aan application and residential scheme for a development of 13 dwellings in south Essex.

Proposal:

To prepare a pre-application encompassing several different elements including new buildings, redevelopment, and a class Q fully utilising the site which is currently in agricultural and commercial use.

Chelmsford City Council
