Polytunnel and Farm Machinery Building

          Objective:
To create a full planning application for a Polytunnel and Farm Machinery Building
            Proposal:
The client instructed Foxes Rural to submit an application for the erection of a twin polytunnel and farm machinery building to support the horticultural activities and operations of our clients business. We justified the reasonable need for the buildings and the success of the application allowed the expansion of growing area for more tender and vulnerable plants, fruits and vegetables as well as those which require a specific climate and temperature. As well as provide undercover storage for the tractor, equipment and machinery required for the large-scale plant, fruit and vegetable production.
            Local Planning Authority:
              Braintree District Council

          What the consultant Says
Horticultural developments are also considered agricultural, therefore permitted development can be used for the erection of a polytunnel if it complies with Part 6, Class A, GDPO
