Permitted Development for an Agricultural Building

Objective:

To achieve permission for a lean-to agricultural building for straw storage.

Proposal:

To prepare a 28-day prior notification for the erection of an agricultural building for the purpose to provide a dry, safe, and secure area for the storage of straw. Enabling our client to sell later in the year at a more economically advantageous time.

The client required an amendment to a previous 28 day approval. We worked on the redesign and siting of the building and the application was approved without delay to enable construction of the building.
