Permitted Development for an Agricultural Building

Objective:

The clients’ objectives were to achieve prior notification for an agricultural building for straw storage. 

Proposal:

The client instructed Foxes Rural to prepare an application for the development of an agricultural building which met the criteria of permitted development. For the purpose to provide a dry, safe, and secure area for the storage of straw to enable the client more control over marketing throughout the year.

The client had concerns regarding the orientation and siting of the building. We worked with the client the resolve the siting based on considering 4 different options prior to submission of the application which was rapidly approved by the Council.
