Lean-to agricultural building for livestock

Objective:

To achieve permission for a lean-to agricultural building for livestock.

Proposal:

To prepare a full planning application for the erection of an agricultural lean-to for the purpose to house livestock. Under council guidance the siting of the original building was on the edge of a flood zone, which caused a flood zone restriction for the lean-to. After negotiation with the local planning authority regarding drainage, we were able to resolve the issues and achieve approval.

What the consultant Says

The main focus of this application was to overcome the SUDS issues, given that part of the building fell into flood zone 2. Foxes Rural achieved this and approval was given.
