Full planning permission for grain store

Objective:

The client wanted to achieve planning permission for a grain store to enable them to store grain for longer periods of time further to the fluctuation of grain prices.

Proposal:

The client instructed us to prepare a full planning application and not permitted development as the development fell foul of the permitted development criteria.  The client wanted to be more in control with their arable farming gross margins.

Local Planning Authority:

Braintree District Council

What the consultant Says

The design of the building required redesign and further consultation further to heritage and listed building concerns. The planning officer worked very well with us to advise on their viewpoint relating to these concerns which was collaborative to reaching a planning approval.
