Hay and Machinery Store

Objective:

To seek permission to erect a semi-detached timber clad hay and machinery store

Proposal:

To create an application to support the storage of hay to feed sheep on the holding, which are used for conservational grazing of the Ramsar/Article 4 designated land. Our client put in place a high level of biodiversity, maintenance management and gain, which complimented activities in place.

What the consultant Says

Due to the sensitive nature and designations in place for protection, a keen regard was given to ecology and biodiversity for maintenance and gain to the site, whilst continuing with agricultural practises.
