Grain Store via permitted development

To create an application for the erection of an agricultural building for the storage of grain via full planning. 

Our client instructed us to apply for a grain and machinery store which would increase their on-farm storage due to previously storing grain collaboratively. We ensured the building is commensurate within the size of the holding and the variety of crops grown on site. The new building will provide protection from vermin or crops being ruined by weather events as well as flexibility to store crops, fertilisers and seed in different sections using mobile grain walling. Furthermore, the facility will create a covered store for the high value equipment and machinery on-site.
