Grain Store via Permitted Development

The clients objective was to achieve planning permission for a new grain store via prior notification.  

To submit an application within a neighbouring county, for a proposed grain store. Our client had recently acquired the holding with plans to improve and diversify the site. The application for a new agricultural building was the first step in doing so. Foxes Rural achieved approval of the application within a week of submission.
