General Purpose Grain Store

Objective:

The client’s aim was to achieve planning for one general purpose agricultural building.

Proposal:

To create an application via permitted development for an agricultural building for our client to store arable crops as well as seed and fertiliser. The success of this application will allow our client to update its grain storage facilities with the dry floor which replaces and modernises the existing storage facilities and allows crops to be tipped efficiently by modern tractors and trailers. Creating flexibility regarding crop types, crop varieties and crop specifications.
