Full Planning for Commercial Building

Objective:

To seek planning permission for a commercial building to store further equipment to accommodate the companies sustained growth.

Proposal:

The business already occupied a commercial unit at our client’s site as well as its former unit in Chelmsford. Eliminating unnecessary travel which in turn was causing harm to the environment and higher costs to operate the business, we key reasons to seek planning for a further commercial building.
