Full Planning for an Agricultural Building

To create an application for full planning for an agricultural building that has previously been approved under prior notification. 

Foxes rural prepared an application via full planning permission for an enclosed steel portal framed agricultural building which had previously achieved permission under the prior approval. Our application also included a farm track around the building to provide all weather access around the entire extent of the building, for ease of access and manoeuvrability for the loading and unloading of tractors and trailers. We ensured that the building itself remained unchanged from the previous application, and only the addition of a farm track, required it to be submitted under full planning.
