To achieve planning permission for an agricultural lean-to under Permitted Development Rights. 
            Proposal:
Our client, an agricultural enterprise based in Essex, faced a challenge regarding the storage of chemicals and fertilizers. With strict regulations governing hazardous materials, they sought a solution that would comply with safety standards while optimizing their operational efficiency.
