Objective:
To achieve permission for a series of farm tracks under Permitted Development Rights.
Proposal:
Our client had secured funding under Catchment Sensitive Farming to improve the network of existing farm tracks which are crucial for year-round access to farmland. By securing permission under Permitted Development Rights, we have achieved a swift application and the client can immediately begin resurfacing tracks to improve access for large farm vehicles and machinery.
