Farm Office and Seasonal Workers Accommodation

The client’s aim was to achieve planning for the erection of a farm building for mixed use as a farm office and ancillary accommodation for two seasonal farm workers. 

The create a full planning application for a farm building which will consist of a farm office below and two bedsits above. Due to the onset of COVID-19 and the necessity of working in bubbles, combined with Brexit and the shortage of seasonal workers, which has created the need to offer additional ‘benefits’ to attract workers. The success of this application has allowed a permanent facility for seasonal workers accommodation but also the office and meeting space required by a growing and expanding business.
