Objective:
To submit an application for a general-purpose farm machinery store and workshop building
Proposal:
Our client previously didn’t have a building fit for purpose in line with the scale of their business. There was an essential requirement for their modern and high value planting and harvesting equipment as well as the farm’s tractors and trailers to be maintained within a purpose built agricultural building commensurate with the scale of the farming activities. This agricultural building will provide our client with the ability to service, maintain and repair the fleet of farming equipment within the enclosed building.
