Objective:
To seek permission for a general-purpose farm machinery store and workshop building.
Proposal:
To prepare an application that meets the criteria of permitted development for an enclosed agricultural building with an open sided lean-to. Our client required a modern facility to store their contemporary machinery which was previously being kept outside where it was exposed to weathering, resulting in high maintenance costs.
