Discharge of Planning Conditions

To discharge all four conditions set out by the council following the approval of our clients full planning application for the refurbishment of a building into residential use. 

To prepare a report addressing the conditions set out by the council, regarding boundary treatment, drainage, landscaping and vehicle parking. Along with our report, we submitted a detailed landscaping plan, demonstrating the planting of native shrubs and trees, the layout of hard landscaping areas including materials and finishes as well as vehicle access and parking spaces. Our client required all four conditions to be discharges prior to the occupation of the development, which we achieved.
