Commercial Development

Objective:

To submit an application to change the use to B8 storage and replace existing buildings to form a small employment site 

Proposal:

The client instructed Foxes Rural to prepare a full planning application for the development of three new buildings on a brown field site. Due to the site being opposite a county wildlife site, ecology, biodiversity, and mitigation reports were carried out. Once we had achieved planning permission there were several conditions to adhere to which Foxes Rural will continue to work with the client to have these discharged.

What the consultant Says


The client approached us regarding redevelopment of a site comprising of a range of redundant farm buildings. Highways, landscaping and ecology were the main consultations that we needed to overcome on this proposal. We achieved a comprehensive redevelopment of the site for the client with new build commercial buildings.
