Objective:

To achieve prior approval for the change of use of agricultural buildings to residential dwellings via Class Q

Proposal:

The client instructed us to submit an application which meets the criteria of general permitted development for the change of use of two agricultural buildings into three residential dwellings, all of which will be achieved within the external walls of the buildings.

What the consultant Says

This proposal took successive attempts to achieve planning for, with there being noise issues based on the proximity of a grain drier in the farm yard.
