Change Of Use Of Agricultural Building To B2 General Industrial

The client’s objective was to achieve planning to change the use of their agricultural building to B2 General Industrial use. 

The client instructed us to submit an application which would enable the conversion of their agricultural building to commercial use. The business who will be obtaining the unit had outgrown their previous facilities, and a majority of their employees were already based in Tendering.  Our client’s location offered suitable car parking for staff and customers as well as accommodating for deliveries, with direct links to main roads and International Port for materials and shipping containers. The success of the proposal allowed our client to diversify their streams of income and allowed the business to grow and increase employee numbers, benefitting the local economy.
