The client wanted to achieve a prior notification for an agricultural straw building.

Proposal:

development rights for an agricultural building for the purpose to provide dry storage for the straw crop and Reduce losses from the outdoor weathered storage leading to losses of bales. which will in turn improve profitability.

What the consultant Says

This building was to add value to the client’s straw crop by enabling them to store the crop for longer periods. The client had no existing straw storage facilities and the building needed to be sited away from existing buildings for health and safety reasons.
