Agricultural Building via Permitted Development

To achieve permission for an enclosed steel portal farmed agricultural building, for the use of both straw storage and machinery storage. 

Previously our client copped all the straw and left it in the field; therefore, they instructed us to prepare an application to create an area which will provide dry storage for straw, resulting in reduced losses of weathered bales and improve farming efficiency by 25%. The new building will allow our client to meet the growing demand for straw bales and to increase the profitability of the business.
