Objective:

The client wanted to achieve a prior notification for an agricultural straw barn.

Proposal:

To prepare a 28-day prior notification in complication with permitted development rights for an agricultural building which will adjoin to existing buildings on site. For the purpose to provide a modern facility to store straw and in turn improve profitability.

What the consultant Says

This application was for an expansion of an existing farmyard. The site was located close to residential properties and careful siting of the building was essential to mitigate any potential impact of the building.
