Agricultural Building

Objective:

To create an application to erect enclosed steel portal framed agricultural building in accordance with permitted development.

Proposal:

The client instructed Foxes Rural to prepare a 28-day prior notification for the development of an agricultural building, which will be used to expand purpose built up to date onion storage facilities and provide temporary storage of onions that are harvested from the field before being placed into drying buildings.

This building was located close to the highway so siting and access were issues that needed to be overcome with this application to deliver the scheme.
