Agricultural Building

Objective:

To propose the erection of an agricultural building to be used for grain storage.

Proposal:

To prepare an application via permitted development for a new agricultural building. Our client had no modern agricultural buildings on site, which resulted in the grain having to be transported and stored in contract storage facilities. The success of this application has resulted in the harvest operation being more efficient and cost effective as they require less tractors and trailers transporting the grain along with storage rent.

What the consultant Says

The client required essential expansion to their farming infrastructure. Landscape and visual impact needed to be mitigated but a well prepared landscaping scheme provided an approval for the client.
