Agricultural Building

Objective:

To seek permission to construct an enclosed timber clad agricultural building to store equipment and hay crops.

Proposal:

To prepare an application that meets the criteria of permitted development for a general-purpose agricultural building. Our client previously had no facilities to store hay crop on site following harvest; therefore, they were selling straight from the field, resulting in low profitability. The success of this application meant they could sell the crop during winter months, achieving higher prices due to demand.
