Objective:
The client’s aim was to achieve permission for an agricultural building via permitted development.
Proposal:
To prepare an application for the erection of a new agricultural building to store grain which in-turn will expand and modernise our client’s current storage facilities. The success of this application will enable a wider range of crops to be segregated after harvest as well as be efficiently tipped by modern trailers and tractors into the floor of the building.
